   PROFILE

Laser Energetics, Inc. ("LEI") is a leading edge laser technology company based near Princeton, NJ. The Company is focused on several segments of the photonics market, including military and homeland security, medical (including tattoo removal, hair removal, photo-acoustic imaging), dental, display, and laser marking materials processing applications.

The Company owns 8 U.S. Patents relating to Alexandrite lasers, and has 2 additional patents pending. Many of the patents were acquired from AlliedSignal (now called Honeywell Corporation), which developed these technologies at a cost of over $100 million. LEI has advanced the technology, and has subsequently applied for new patents since the AlliedSignal transaction.

LEI is organized to be "The Total Laser Technology Solutions Company." The Company provides its customers with efficient laser technology solutions to specific application requirements by harnessing inherent laser process advantages to the customer's benefit.

LEI's business strategy is to leverage its technology portfolio by identifying new applications and expanding the proliferation of the technology into broader markets. LEI is optimizing its leadership position in existing markets, and is developing additional strong collaborative customer and industry relationships in markets it is penetrating by developing and acquiring new technologies.
