Ice Cold University

Welcome to a new addition to the popular Ice Cold Stocks investor information site. I am the Professor. I offer you investor education that you will not find anywhere else. You see, I teach finance courses as part of a top ranked university curriculum. If you were to take those courses at the university, you would pay a minimum of $3,000 per course even if you were only interested in a few of the lectures. And you would also pay tuition for the lower level courses even before taking the more advanced courses, which is where the real excitement is. Further, while these courses would provide you with the skills to understand the market, they rarely provide you with the doghouse tactics needed to actually make money in the market.

It's one thing to understand how options are priced or what the efficient market hypothesis is, but it is quite a different thing to know how to profit from this knowledge. Finance graduates from the top MBA schools will spend a minimum of five years as a junior assistant to a trader before they can start playing the game.

Here is the arrangement I have made with the Ice Man. I have agreed to provide a curriculum of finance courses through what we are calling Ice University. Now relax. There are no entrance requirements, no tests, and no attendance taken. And I have modified the courses to include not only content you would find in the lecture hall, but strategies you would find on the street as well. Learn what a straddle is (an options strategy), then see how to apply it to make money. Learn what upside and downside gaps are, which ones are significant (did you know that they are all not worthy of attention!), and how to incorporate these into a trading strategy.

One more thing here! Don't expect a lot of reading. There is just too much to read these days. Lectures are presented in Power Point format, not wordy notes, so that you may follow along easily. Each course will consist of 10 lectures, and lectures are added weekly. Scan the description of each lecture and just tune in to those that you feel would be of value. Each lecture will contain real university course content along with how to use that information the next day in your trading.

I'll be offering a total of 12 courses. They will cover equities, futures, and options. Each course will also have either a fundamental or technical objective. After taking 6 or more courses (i. e. 60 lectures), you should be able to hold your own theoretically and practically with any MBA finance graduate.
