NOTE: Follow this easy procedure if you are already subscribed to the ICS IntraDay Mail List and prefer to be on the One-A-Day list instead.

1. Join the One-A-Day list.

2. When you receive an email alert from the ICS IntraDay Mail List, scroll to the bottom of that email and click on "Unsubscribe." From then on, you will only receive the Morning Commentary email alert.
