  5 MINUTE UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Uninstall the current toolbar. To uninstall, click the "ICS" icon on the left of the toolbar. On the drop-down menu, select "uninstall" and follow the instructions. To do a thorough clean, go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Scroll down to "ICS toolbar" (or any variation of this). Remove all listings. If you receive a messge that asks you to reboot your computer, choose Yes (or OK).
  
  2. Download and install the new version.
